On Air With Ryan Seacrest - Niall's interview

“We’re all just kind of doing our own bits and pieces now, we’re all enjoying it, we’re all in touch, but I think people have this public perception that we all hate each other and One Direction is never going to happen ever again. I think people are making that up. We’ve never given any hint … I think the media started to turn all of these words and make it seem like we all hate each other and One Direction will never happen again, which is complete bulls**t. It definitely will. We’re just enjoying our time.”

"Some of us will have music to bring to the table .... but we also have an album that we never toured. We brought an album out at the end of last year, so I guess that would be the first thing, to tour that."

What's new?

Dozens of articles have appeared recently, stating that One Direction might not be over yet. The good message is being spread by Niall Horan, who has to answer questions concerning the band's future wherever he performs his solo song.

Niall & Shawn Mendes at the AMAs
"Niall says that One Direction will be back, confirming rumours that the band's extended break will not be permanent". The quote has been repeated so many times that it must have been syndicated.

Niall has been working on his solo album and seems to be satisfied with the result. He tweeted:
"Good studio times today, pretty cool watching all of it come together slowly.                                                             Promo tomorrow, should be fun"
Niall is performing in San Jose (1st December), Los Angeles (2nd December) and New York (9th December).

Louis Tomlinson was clubbing with his pals and some musicians in Los Angeles and Las Vegas.

He didn't celebrate Thanksgiving in the US. Quite unexpectedly, he appeared in the UK.

After avoiding publicity stunts for weeks, Harry Styles was papped in Los Angeles on                   25th November. He was wearing a snazzy yellow shirt with nautical motifs, most of which he shares with Louis as tattoos.

Robbie Williams for Radio Times Magazine recently:

“Last year I tried to work with Bruno Mars - didn’t hear anything back. Tried to work with (Swedish hit maker) Max Martin - didn’t hear anything back. They literally didn’t return my calls. Then I met Harry Styles in an airport. ‘Oh, you’re writing, Harry? Great, who with?’ He goes: ‘Well, I just spent a week with Bruno Mars, and I’m about to spend a week with Max Martin.’ I think Harry Styles has beguiled the whole world just by being Harry Styles. He’s got a David Beckham-style quality. So he’s won in that regard. There’s a space for him but the music has to be great”.
Liam Payne had been working on his solo music in Los Angeles, but he came back to London a few days ago. On 28th November, he attended the world premiere of "I Am Bolt" at the Odeon cinema in Leicester Square.

On 29th November, Liam was papped with Cheryl as he accompanied her at the charity concert. Although Cheryl is visibly pregnant, they still haven't confirmed whether they are expecting their first baby.

American Music Awards

Yesterday, at the 2016 American Music Awards, Niall sang "This Town". On the red carpet he said that all the members of One Direction are big on the email chat and they talk to each other all the time.
He revealed that he was looking forward to seeing Zayn after so many months of silence. He said:"I haven' t spoken to him for a few months or whatever, so I'm looking forward to seeing him, yeah."

Some fans had visions of Niall and Zayn embracing on stage, wiping the tears off each other faces, and proclaiming everlasting love. Sadly, it didn' t happen in real life. As Niall happened to wander past Zayn's seat, he was the one to reach out and shake Zayn's hand for approximately 0.1 seconds. Awkward.

Niall on Twitter: "Amazing night at the @AMAs. Thank you for having me as per usual. Appreciate it. Now let's have a drink"

Zayn Malik won New Artist of the Year.

Here is his acceptance speech:

Some fans have noticed how different his speech was from what Liam said at 2015 Billboard Music Awards.

In the meantime, Louis has been clubbing in L.A. and Vegas with his pals and Steve Aoki, American DJ and producer.

Niall on Donald Trump

Today, Donald Trump has been elected 45th President of the US. Niall Horan comments on Twitter:
"It's a sad state of affairs but the one thing you can take from it is that map they've shown of how the young people voted."

"Grin and bare with this guy. No one knows what to expect, everyone's nervous but I'm sure the American people will have more sense in 4 years"

"...well we all hope so."

Zayn' s Book

Zayn's autobiography came out on 1st November.
 Zayn comments on One Direction:
"I can honestly say I'm proud of a lot of stuff from the One Direction days. I' m not sure people realise that, but I am. (...) I've got the memorabilia - the platinum discs we received with every album - all over my house. I have a wall dedicated to displaying them. (...) One Direction was an incredible experience in its own right, and it's a part of me, an integral part of my history, and I'm never going to deny that aspect of my life."

Zayn opens up about his struggle with anxiety, because of which he has cancelled several appearances:
"Anxiety is nothing to be ashamed of; it affects  millions of people every day. I know I have fans out there who have been through this kind of thing, too, and I wanted to be honest for their sake, if nothing else."
Zayn talks about his eating disorder, writing solo music, the social media, his split from Perrie Edwards, strong women, and fanfiction.

Pride of Britain Awards

On 31st October, Louis attended the Pride of Britain Awards in London. A lot of stars came together to celebrate some everyday heroes who deserve recognition for "acting bravely or extraordinarily in challenging situations."
Louis walked the red carpet wearing a grey check suit. He didn' t talk to the press but stopped for pictures with fans.

You can see Louis on the red carpet here:

The winners included children facing adversity, inspirational campaigners, members of the emergency services who went beyond the call of duty, and people who displayed awe-inspiring courage to save others.
Prince Charles, the Prime Minister and more than one hundred celebrities, including film and music stars, TV presenters, sporting legends and top politicians participated in the event.

In the photo you can see the remembrance poppy. In the weeks leading up to Remembrance Sunday, they are distributed by the Royal British Legion in return for donations to their "Poppy Appeal", which supports all current and former British military personnel. All public figures and people appearing on television are expected to wear them.

After the awards, Louis, Danielle, Lottie Tomlinson, her boyfriend and some Louis' mates partied at London's Cirque Le Soir Nightclub.
